139例胎儿神经系统畸形的超声诊断分析

Ultrasound Diagnosis on the Abnormal Nervous System of Fetus:139 Cases Analysis

目的探讨超声在诊断胎儿神经系统畸形的价值及最佳检查时间。方法对83877例孕妇进行超声检查,发现有胎儿神经系统异常的孕妇进行追踪随访。胎儿神经系统畸形均经引产或尸检证实。结果超声检查83877例孕妇中,超声诊断神经系统畸形139例227个畸形,其中单发畸形85例,多发畸形54例。单发畸形中无脑儿37例,脑积水24例,脑膨出9例,全前脑6例,脊椎裂5例,Dandy-Walker4例,产前超声诊断和产后诊断完全符合。最早检出畸形的为孕10周。结论超声是诊断胎儿神经系统畸形的有效方法,部分神经系统畸形检出时间可提前到孕12周前。

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound diagnosis in the abnormal nervous system of fetus and the optimal test time. Methods To analyze the ultrasound data of 83 877 pregnant women and the abnormal nervous system of fetus cases will be followed up for examirting. The artificial labor and autopsy can provide evidences for the abnormal nervous system of fetus. Results There are 139 the abnormal nervous system in all 227 abnormal eases. Among them, single malformation was 85, multi-malformation was 54. In single malformation group, anencephalemia was 37 cases,24 cases were hydrocephalus and 9 cases were meningocele,6 cases were holoprocerebrum, 5 cases were spinal bifida and 4 cases were Dandy-Walker. The earliest case with abnormal nervous system was confirmed in 10 gestation weeks. Conclusion Ultrasound has been the main means to diagnose abnormal nervous system of fetus and some cases can be detected before 12 gestation weeks.
