摘要
金属单针电晕放电极化0—3型压电复合材料的工艺条件是:电晕放电电压V=8.5kV,极化温度T=130℃,极化时间t≥40min。利用旋转电晕放电对大面积0—3型压电复合材料进行极化。结果表明:这种极化方法可达到普通油浴高压直接极化的效果,而且可以对大面积压电复合材料进行极化。对于70μm厚的大面积0—3型压电复合材料,极化后,其压电系数d33值达到35pC/N。
