解剖型钢板治疗Pilon骨折28例 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胫骨远端解剖型钢板治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法28例Pilon骨折患者用胫骨远端解剖钢板固定治疗。结果术后平均随访8.5个月,20例切口Ⅰ期愈合,8例Ⅱ期局部皮瓣修复。20例骨折Ⅰ期愈合,8例切口行Ⅱ期局部皮瓣转移修复愈合,愈合时间平均20.5周。6例踝关节功能轻度障碍。结论采用胫骨远端解剖型钢板治疗Pilon骨折临床疗效满意。精心设计手术切口,保护软组织,骨折有效复位和钢板合理的固定是Pilon骨折治疗成功的关键。
