摘要 通过分析沙口水厂往年不同季节的源水浊度,以及源水浊度与混凝剂投加量的关系,建立了源水浊度与混凝剂投加量的数学关系式,并利用该关系式在软件上计算混凝剂的投加量,得到混凝剂投加量的参考范围;根据源水浊度与混凝剂投加量的关系式编写混凝剂投加计量泵的冲程控制程序,从而较好地解决了源水浊度发生变化时的准确投加问题,实现了混凝剂的优化投加。 Through analyzing the source water turbidity of Shakou Waterworks in different seasons in former years, and the relationship between the source water turbidity and coagulant dosage, the mathematical relationship between the source water turbidity and coagulant dosage was established, and the reference range of coagulant dosage was calculated by the software. Based on the relationship between the source water turbidity and coagulant dosage, the control procedures of coagulant dosing pump were compiled, which find a solution to solve the accuracy of coagulant dosage when the source water turbidity changes in order to achieve the optimized dosage of coagulant.
