以血小板减少为主要表现脓毒症患者1例抢救报告
摘要
研究发现脓毒症患者会出现血小板减少，其进行性下降往往提示患者存在严重的脓毒症，且预后差。本院急诊科成功抢救1例以血小板减少为主要临床表现的脓毒症患者，现报告如下。
