单核细胞人白细胞DR抗原表达的意义及与脓毒症的关系 被引量：3

摘要 在脓毒症发展过程中，不仅存在促炎／抗炎反应导致的非特异性免疫功能亢进，还存在着特异性免疫功能抑制，此结果可导致感染易感性增加，加速脓毒症患者死亡，因此，正确评价患者的免疫状态对脓毒症的治疗有重要意义。
