摘要
本文通过在1130单缸柴油机上燃用全甲醇的试验,研究了喷射正时、点火正时,喷嘴类型和喷嘴针阀开启压力对甲醇发动机排放的影响,并对甲醇发动机的废气排放水平做出了评价。试验结果表明,各种因素对甲醇发动机的排放都有较明显的影响。甲醇发动机可实现无烟燃烧,其NO_x排放量仅为柴油机的一半,且CO_2排放量也比柴油机低。
The effects of injection timing, ignition timing, injection nozzle type and nozzle needle opening pressure on exhaust emissions were investigated by dynamometer tests on a 1130 single-cylinder diesel engine fueled with pure methanol. An evaluation on exhaust emissions level of methanol engine is made. Experimental results show that the effects of these factors on methanol engine are obvious. Methanol engine can achieve smokeless combustion, NO* in methanol engine is only a half of that in diesel engine, and CO2 is lower than diesel engine.
