摘要
本文将概率影响图方法引入海洋平台的安全风险评估,将概率影响图的目标定向与风险分析中的FMEA方法相结合,成功地构造出了系统分析模型。通过关系矩阵的建立和数据结构的定义,实现了对模型结构的动态描述,并应用程序算法,完成了分析推理的全过程。本文以海洋平台作为分析对象,但方法具有普遍的适用性。
Probabilistic Influence Diagram (PID) is induced in Risk Assessment on ocean plat-forms in this paper. By combining the object-oriented method of PID and FMEA used astraditional risk analysis method, a new system model is built successfully- Construction ofthe relation matrix and data structure makes it possible to dynamically describe the modelstrucutre so that analysis process and inference can be reached. The model and ways tothis problem are widely applicable although only plat form is used as an examp1e in this pa-per.
