基于EBCCD的微光成像仿真

摘要 微光成像仿真在制导、预警、火控、侦察等许多应用领域都有着广泛的应用。本文研究了基于电子轰击型CCD(EB-CCD)传感器的微光成像系统的结构和原理,建立了系统的成像亮度模型、调制传递(MTF)函数模型、噪声模型,导出了包含系统综合特性的图像仿真方程。仿真实验结果说明了该方法的有效性。 Simulation of low-light-level (LLL) imaging has being widely used in many application domains, such as homing, early warning, fire control and reconnaissance, etc. The imaging performance theory and structure for LLL imaging system based on EBCCD has been studied. Some mathematical models are established. An image simulation equation involving EBCCD synthetic response characteristics is derived. Simulation result shows this scheme is effective.
