摘要
当机动三坐标雷达天线载荷超过一定重量,运转天线时会引起天线车平台的复杂形变,从而导致天线无法满足三坐标雷达要求的动态水平精度指标。该文用ANSYS有限元软件及I-DEAS软件研究分析天线车平台变形情况,并分析影响天线车平台调平精度的因素,提出用半挂车作为天线车平台,采用主调平支撑腿结合辅助支撑腿支撑天线车平台的方法,可以改善重载三坐标天线运转时的天线变形恶劣的情况,从而满足了相关的技战术指标。
When the antenna of the mobile 3-D radar is overloaded, it can cause the deformation of vehicle platform, so the antenna can not satisfy the requirements that the 3-D radar demanded to dynamic horizontal level accuracy. In this paper, deformation of antenna vehicle platform is analyzed with ANSYS and I-DEAS software and a detailed analysis of leveling precision of antenna vehi- cle platform is given. We propose that the semi-trailer be used as the antenna vehicle platform and by way of combining main level- ing supporting legs with assistant legs, when the heavy-loaded antenna on the 3-D radar rotates, the seriously deformed situation of antenna platform is avoided, and the specifications of 3-D radar are satisfied.
