摘要 目的运用便携式电子鼻PEN3提取中药材挥发的气味信息来建立气味指纹图谱,达到鉴别不同中药材的目的。方法采用主成分分析(PCA)法和线性判别分析(LDA)法识别八角、白豆蔻、川芎、丁香、荆芥、肉桂、砂仁等7种中药材。结果采用PCA和LDA两种方法都能很好地区别以上7种中药材,识别率达到100%;PCA的分析图中每类样品主要呈带状分布、集中度不高,LDA分析中不同种类的中药材样品点的分布高度集中。结论采用仿生嗅觉系统PEN3能够很好地鉴别不同品种的中药材,具有一定的实际意义和应用价值。 Objective To differentiate varieties of Chinese herbal medicine based on bionic olfaction (an portable electronic nose PEN 3 ) from AIRSENSE Analytics GmbH in Germany, which could exploit information on behavior aroma of different Chinese herbal medicine. Methods Principal component analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) were used in order to investigate seven kinds of different Chinese herbal medicine such as star aniseseen, white round cardamom, Szechuan lovage rhizome, cloves, fineleaf Schizonepeta herb, cinnamon, amomum fruit, and so on. Results The results obtained proved that the electronic nose PEN 3 could successfully discriminate different Chinese herbal medicine using PCA analysis or LDA analysis. The system could classify all the samples. However, the distribution of concentration ratios of those Samples discriminated by PCA analysis was lower than those by LDA analysis. Conclusion The results obtained proved that the electronic nose PEN 3 could successfully discriminate different Chinese herbal medicines. The technology and method showed value in application.
