强化员工教育理念 开拓方法 提高质量

摘要 教育培训有三种基本形式,即课程培训、自学进修和在岗教育培训,不同的教育培训形式有不同的作用,也涉及不同的成本效益。文章分析了三种教育培训形式的特点,特别介绍了在岗教育培训的新形式——资深教育培训。
