To conclude the experience of East Hepatobiliary Hospital surgical team relying on local hospital in the earthquake of Sichuan on May 12 2008, the elaboration of configuration and commencement of surgical rescue team is necessary. On conditions of natural disasters, the establishment of surgical rescue team and the rational allocation of personnel and equipment are very important in urgent rescue.
