摘要
为解决矿井水净化处理后作为生产和生活用水时易产生结垢的问题,采用基于溶度积原理的石灰法降低矿井水中的硬度。研制出由螺旋输送机、溶解罐、沉渣罐、石灰乳储罐、搅拌机和石灰投加泵组成的石灰法降低矿井水中硬度的成套设备,其核心技术在于石灰投加泵流量相对不变,通过调节螺旋输送机的频率改变石灰乳储罐中的石灰浓度,从而改变矿井水中石灰的投加量,克服了传统方式石灰乳储罐中的石灰浓度相对不变,靠调节石灰乳投加泵流量改变石灰投加量易出现堵塞水泵、管路和阀门的现象。工程实践结果表明,该成套设备操作管理方便、运行稳定、处理效果好、易于实现自动控制。
In order to solve the scaling problem occurred during the production water and drinking water process after the mine water purified treatment, The lime method based on the solubility product principle was applied to reduce the hardness of the mine water. A completed set equipment with screw conveyor, solution tank, settling tank, lime emulsion storage tank, mixing machine and lime feeding pump was developed with the lime method to reduce the hardness of the mine water. The key technology would be based on the flow relatively stable for the lime feeding pump, the lime density in the lime emulsion storage tank could be changed with the adjustment of the screw conveyor. Therefore, the lime feeding quantity in the mine water could be improved and could overcome the lime density relatively no change in the conventional lime emulsion storage tank and overcome the water pump jammed, pipeline jammed and valve jammed occurred by changing the lime feeding quantity of the pump. The project practice results showed that the completed set equipment is easy to operate, manage and control.
