摘要 排泥控制系统是矿井水净化处理工艺运行过程中的关键环节,人工手动排泥存在排泥次数和时间随意性较大,易造成出水水质变差,影响处理效果等缺陷;定时排泥则不能根据矿井水中悬浮物含量的变化及时增加或减少排泥量以保证处理后的水质;而自动排泥控制技术(ASDT)在数学模型的基础上,通过模拟试验取得工艺技术参数,再通过在线传感器、变送器、PLC、上位机、控制柜和电动阀等实现自动排泥,克服了人工手动排泥和定时排泥存在的局限和不足。工程运行实践表明,ASDT自动排泥控制技术可以确保矿井水处理后的水质,从而提高了煤矿矿井水处理技术的自动化水平。 Sludge discharge control system is the key circular point in the mine water purification treatment technical process and would be directly to influence the water quality after the mine water treated. The manual mud removing would have many problems, as the multi mud removing times and the time random high, water outlet quality to be poor, influencing treatment results. The time mud removing could be not according to the variation of the floated material quantity in the mine water to increase or reduce the mud removing quantity in order to ensure the water quality. Automatic sludge discharge technology for mine drainage treatment base on the mathematic model, with the simulation test to get the technique parameters, then with the online sensor, transmitter, PLC, upstream computer, control box and e-lectric valve to realize automatic sludge discharge and could overcome the shortages and limitation of the manual mud removing and the time mud removing. The project operation practices showed that automatic sludge discharge technology for mine drainage treatment could ensure the water quality after mine water treated and could improve the automatic level of the mine water treatment technology.
