摘要
目前煤矿长距离大功率下运带式输送机的应用日益增多,其失电制动时的动态惯性力极大,安全制动成为成败的关键。结合制动技术的发展现状,对长距离大功率下运带式输送机采用尾部制动、尾部加中部转载式制动、中部多点线摩擦辅机制动、可控制动托辊制动等方案进行理论探讨,并分析其利弊。
The long distance high power downward belt conveyors are applied to coal mine in China increased day by day. The dynamic inertia force wound be high when the conveyor braked with no electric power and the safety braking would be the key of the failure or success. In combined with the development status of the braking technology, the paper had a theoretical discussion on the tail end braking, the tail end plus middle section stage loading braking, the middle multi point rope friction auxiliary braking, controllable braking roller braking and other ahematives and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the braking alternatives for the conveyor.
