摘要 在煤田地质勘探中,由于钻具的共振导致钻杆折断造成严重的埋钻事故,既耽误时间,又浪费资金。用ANSYS软件分析了不同孔深时钻杆的纵向振动、横向振动及扭转振动的固有频率。通过调整钻机工作时的转速而改变对钻杆的激励频率,从而减少因振动而产生的共振,为地质勘探的顺利进行提供了参考。 In the coalfield geological exploration, due to the resonances of the drilling tools, serious drilling bit buried accident would be caused when the drilling rod broken off, which would lose a lot of time and money. The ANASYS software was applied to analyze the inherent frequencies of the vertical vibration, horizontal vibration and rotary vibration during the different drilling depth. The excitation frequency to the drilling rod could be changed by the rotary speed adjusted at the drilling rig working period. Thus the resonance caused by the vibration could be reduced and could provide the guidance to the success of the geological exploration.
