正义是人类社会的永恒价值追求,在构建和谐社会的社会背景下,公平正义成为社会建设的首要价值目标。正义包含着丰富的内涵,其主要问题是社会的基本结构即社会制度,其本质目的就是利益的合理划分,而利益划分需要价值的指引。在价值正义观那里,价值成为分析评判社会制度规约下的社会合作之利益划分正义与否的标准和依据,这对于理解正义的涵义和构建社会主义和谐社会具有启发和借鉴意义。

Justice is the eternal value pursuit of human society. At the background of building harmonious society, equity and justice beome the primary value goal of social construction. Justice implies rich connotations. Its main problem is the basic structure of society （ social system）. Its essential aim is to distribute interests rationally and interests distribution needs the guidance of value. According to conceptions of value justice, value is the standard and basis based on which how just interests distribution of social cooperation can be judged, which is of enlightening and referencial significance to the understanding of the connotations of justice and the construction of socialist harmonious Society.
