蓝色贸易壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响及对策

Impacts on China′s export trade caused by blue barriers and the countermeasures

随着国际贸易的发展和贸易自由化程度的提高,蓝色壁垒已成为影响我国出口贸易的一把双刃剑。一方面,它直接使我国产品进入国际市场受阻,对我国吸引外资乃至外贸的发展产生了较大的负面影响;另一方面,它作为一项国际性的劳工标准,又有利于我国劳资关系的改善,实现社会和企业的和谐发展。为此,政府和企业要积极应对,实施两手策略,一手是政府加强宏观指导,一手是企业苦练内功,以消除蓝色贸易壁垒的不利影响,最终突破蓝色贸易壁垒。

With the rapid development of international business and the improvement of liberalization, blue barriers has become a double - edged sword to China＇s export trade. On the one hand , it makes our products blocked from entering international market and caused negative effects on attracting foreign funds and the develolbment of foreign trade. On the other hand, as an international labor standard,it is good for the improvement of China＇ s la- bor relations and can achieve the harmonious development of enterprises and society. Thus, in order to eliminate the adverse of blue barriers and integrate into international community more harmony, the government and enter- prises should prepare actively to cross blue barriers and put dual tactics into practice. That is, the government must strengthen macro-guidance and enterprises must try hard to eliminate the negative influence brought about by blue barriers. Only in these ways can the blue barriers be broken through uhimately.
