疝环充填式无张力疝修补术296例报告

A clinical report of treating inguinal hernia with the mesh and plug tension-free hernioplasty(analysis of 296 cases)

目的:总结应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术296例的临床经验。方法:用美国强生公司生产的聚丙烯单丝编织补片对296例不同类型腹股沟疝行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术。对手术时间、术后并发症、复发率进行观察。结果:平均时间60min,术后1例复发,2例皮下气肿,1例切口溢液,8例阴囊积液,无一例发生补片排斥反应,住院时间5～8d。随访7个月,除上述1例复发外,再无切口并发症及复发病例。结论:疝环充填式无张力疝修补术符合生理解剖,手术时间短、术后并发症少、操作简便、损伤轻、恢复快、复发率低,可适当放宽手术指征。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of tension-free mesh-plug repair in inguinal henia. Method： Using the mesh plug material to treat 296 patients. The average operation time, complication and recurrence rate were studied. Result： The average operation time was 60 minutes, only one case had recurrence,and one had subcutaneous hydrops in incision. 8 cases bad serotal hydrops. 2 cases had pneumodermas. No reject reaction was found. Conclusion： Mesh--plug tension free herinoplasty is a perfect surgicaltechnique, Its is tensionfree, time--savingand fewer recurrence. Meanwhile, the method could be applied to those with intestinal necrosis.
