剖宫产率上升的主要因素分析及应对措施探讨

Primary Factor Analysis and Measures of the Rise in Caesarean Section Rate

目的:探讨剖宫产率增高的原因及相关应对措施。方法:对3868例剖宫产病例进行回顾分析。结果:剖宫产率呈逐年升高趋势,社会因素导致的剖宫产占第一位。结论:剖宫产率升高主要为无医学指征的社会因素导致,需要在普及妊娠分娩知识、构建医患和谐关系、加强对孕妇心理干预、提高医生接产技能等方面努力,逐步降低剖宫产率。

Objective： Explore the reasons for the increasing cesarean section rate and measures. Methods： cesarean section rate from 2003 to 2007 was analyzed retrospectively. Results： The cesarean section rate was year-on-year higher trends; natural birth rate was decreasing, in particular, social factors cause the rate of cesarean section. Conclusion： The increasing cesarean section rate without medical indications mainly results from social factors. It is essential to popularize the pregnancy at universal leval, to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients to enhance psychological intervention for pregnant women, and to enhance the skills of doctors and etc. to gradually reduce the caesarean yield.
