急性心肌梗死QT离散度的临床意义

Clinical Significance of QT Disperson Degree on Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的评价QT离散度对急性心肌梗死(AMI)临床及预后价值。方法所有患者入院24h内均测定QT离散度[QTd及校正的QTd(QTcd)],出院前24h内再次测定QTd、QTcd。结果各组患者QTd、QTcd比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AMI死亡患者QTcd与存活者比较明显延长,有统计学意义(P>0.05);QT离散度与室性心律失常严重程度呈正相关。结论QTd与QTcd是AMI高危患者临床心电学的敏感指标之一,对AMI患者预测严重心律失常及评价心功能状况、判断预后有重要的临床价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of QT on the AMI and prognosis.Methods All the patients are tested with QT.[QTd and QTd（QTcd）],and tested again before leaving hospital.Results The comparation among all groups QTd QTcd has statistical significance（P〈0.05）,AMI died patient QTcd is obviously longer than that of the survived（P〈0.05）,QT acute is in positive relation with ventrical arrhythmia.Conclusion QTd and QTCd are one of the sensitive targets to the clinical electricity of the deadly patients.It has important clinical value to predict heavy arrhythmia and evaluate heart function judge prognosis.
