村民委员会运转良好与否关系到村民自治活动效益的发挥,关系到社会主义新农村建设的步伐,关系到民族地区的团结、稳定和发展。N村村委会在实际运行过程中,尚存在着保障机制不健全、经费紧缺、工作开展难度大、人力资源匮乏等多方面问题。因此,只有加大投入,加快农村经济的发展,健全工作机制,加强基层民主建设,才能保证村委会的良好运转,从而实现农村的和谐发展。
