摘要
给出了一个实用型计算机图象监控系统的结构。介绍了基于ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ环境的网络实时对等通信程序的开发。分析了计算机对监控图象的存储、回放控制、管理等功能，概述了该系统在现场应用的情况以及扩充能力。
This paper presents a structure model of the computer-based image monitoring system.lt introduces how to design the peer-to-peer communication program on local area network based on Windows operating system,by which the system transmits controlling signals.lt also emphasizes the distinguishing features of the processing and management use of the computers as compared to the traditional TV monitoring system,and it discusses how to record and playback an image sequence,how to save a static image and how to realize image and processing.
