全自动生化分析仪双速率法检测G6PD的探讨

摘要 目的探讨用双速率法和传统的双通道单速率法在全自动生化分析仪上检测葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)活性结果是否存在显著差异。方法在7600全自动生化分析仪上同时采用两种方法对92例样本进行G6PD检测。结果双速率法与双通道单速率法对92例样本的G6PD测定结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两种方法相关性较好(r=0.9705),两法具有良好的可比性。结论应用7600全自动生化分析仪的双速率法检测G6PD,既简便、准确、快捷,又能减少试剂用量,减少仪器损耗,降低成本,可作为一种更为经济和实用性强的检测方法,值得应用推广。 Objective To explore the difference in the test results of G6PD activity determined with double rate method and single rate assay of dual channels in automatic biochemistry analyzer. Methods The G6PD activity of 92 cases of whole blood was determined with double rate method and single rate assay of dual channels in'7600 fully automatic biochemistry analyzer. Results The G6PD activity determined by the double rate method didn't show any significant difference from that by the single rate assay of dual channels (P〉0.05),and there was a good comparability between the two methods (r= 0. 970 5). Conclusion In the aspect of G6PD activity determination, the double rate method in 7600 fully automatic biochemistry analyzer is convenient,accurate,rapid and sparing,with a weak equipment loss and low cost.. Thus,the method is worthy of spreading and popularizing.
