耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的鉴定和耐药性分析

摘要 耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRSA)是携带MecA基因编码低亲和力青霉素结合蛋白导致耐甲氧西林、所有头孢菌素、碳青霉烯类、青霉素+青霉素酶抑制剂抗生素的葡萄球菌,是医院内感染的重要病原菌,耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌极易导致感染的流行和爆发,其耐药性更不容忽视,为了解耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的耐药性,现对标本进行检测。
