为乡村医生提供社会养老保障的必要性研究

Study on the Necessity of Providing Social Security for the Aged to Village Doctors

从理论、现实及角色比较三个方面论证为乡村医生提供社会养老保障的必要性。理论角度分析乡村医生有权享受兼备公平与效率的社会养老保障;从现实的角度分析,乡村医生目前可选择的养老途径已无法满足其应有的保障水平,并逐步引发社会矛盾;从类似社会角色的比较分析中,乡村医生的养老保障状况处于最劣势。因此,无论是理论论证、现实佐证,还是横向比较,都证明为乡村医生提供适宜的社会养老保障是十分必要的。

Starting from the aspects of theory, reality and comparison of roles, this paper demonstrates the necessity of providing social security for the aged to village doctors. In theoretical point of view, village doctors are entitled to enjoy social security for the aged of fairness and efficiency combination. In realistic point of view, the pension manners which village doctors can choose have not meet the due security level, and the fact gradually lead to social conflicts. From comparison and analysis of similar social roles, the old--age security situation of rural doctors is the most inferior. Therefore, theoretical demonstration and reality support and horizontal comparison confirmed providing suitable social security for the aged to village doctors is very necessary.
