钙蛋白酶与阿尔茨海默病

摘要 阿尔茨海默病是一种渐进性不可逆的以神经变性为特征的疾病,关于该病发病的分子机理还不清楚。研究表明钙蛋白酶在阿尔茨海默病的发展中起一定作用。本文对钙蛋白酶做了简要介绍,并从神经元凋亡、神经纤维缠绕、β-淀汾样蛋白沉积等阿尔茨海默病主要的病理变化方面对钙蛋白酶在该病病理形成中的作用做了综述。 Alzheimer's disease (AD)is a progressive and irreversible neurodegenerative disorder characterized by extracellular deposits of β-amytoid in neuritic plaques, intracellular neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs), and selective neuronal loss. The molecular pathogenesis of AD is not well understood. Recent studies have demonstrated that calpain play a role in AD. We introduced the structure and funtion of calpain in brief, and reviewed the role of calpain in the pathological change of AD.
