摘要
为分析陈旧骨骼及牙齿的性别,建立了从陈旧人骨骼和牙齿中提出DNA的方法。通过PCR技术扩增,得到X-Y染色体上的单拷贝同源基因片断(AmelogeninGene)。结果显示,从死亡后2年、4年、7年和10年的4个骨骼和牙齿样品中,均成功地获得了特异的PCR扩增片段。女性为单一的106bp条带,男性为106bp和112bp两条谱带。其快速、简单、可靠,为陈旧骨骼和牙齿的性别鉴定提供了方法。
In order to determine sex of aged skeleton and tooth by DNA analysis, we established a method of extraction of DNA from aged skeleton and tooth. A single copy sequence of the homologous X-Y fragment was obtained by PCR technique. The results showed that the special amplified sequences were successfully obtained from the aged skeleton and tooth samples of 2.4. 7. 10 years old. Females showed 106bp band and males showed both 106bp and 112bp bands. Since it is a rapid, simple and reliable method, it can be used for a sex identification for aged human skeletons and teeth.
