摘要
在"乌鲁木齐市城市远景规划修编项目"实施过程中,利用地理信息系统的强大数据管理和空间分析功能,有效地整合现有的规划图纸资料和街道统计数据,建立基于GIS的面向对象人口空间数据库,实现空间数据和属性数据的统一存储和管理.在此基础上进行人口规模、密度和分布变化规律的空间分析和研究,为未来乌鲁木齐市城市远景规划和发展建设提供数据支持和决策依据.
In the implementation of the ＂Long-range Planning Program for Urumqi＂, the method of managing the present conditions and characteristics of city planning through a spatial data management function of GIS was adopted. With the help of this powerful function of data storing and management, the geographic information was integrated with census data in the city planning, an object-oriented census spatial database was established, and the uniform storing and management of spatial and attributes data were realized. Spatial analysis is another important function of GIS. The paper illustrated the spatial distribution of census density and explained the reasons for the imbalance of people distribution in the process of the city＇s expansion. Finally, it could supply reliable data for decision-making regarding the city＇s long range planning and development.
