摘要
以某一窗式空调的管路模型为对象,借助有限元分析软件的结构动力分析功能,分析该空调管路的振动特性,确定其固有动力特性,包括频率及其相对振型,即进行模态分析,提出相应的改进方案,尽量避开了压缩机的运转频率,为管路系统在减振方面的设计提供了理论依据。
Using structural dynamic analysis function of finite element analysis software, this article analyzes the frequencies and vibration modes of the pipeline of an air conditioner. An improvement strategy is proposed such that intrinsic frequency keeps away from the compressor's revolution frequency. Thus, the theory basis is provided for the anti-vibration design of pipelines.
