摘要
针对LabVIEW工具箱中缺少EMD算法的问题,对LabVIEW进行二次开发,实现EMD(Empirical Mode Decomposition)的算法及HHT(Hilbert Huang Transform)分析方法。并且提出利用EMD的高频IMF(Intrinsic Mode Function)进行共振解调提取轴承故障特征信息的方法。故障诊断实例证明,该方法与传统共振解调方法相比,具有较大的优势。
In the absence of EMD (Empirical Mode Decomposition) algorithm in LabVIEW toolbox, a secondary development is conducted. EMD algorithm and HHT (Hilbert Huang Transform) method are realized in LabVIEW software. Meanwhile, a new method, using high -frequency IMF (Empirical Mode Decomposition)of EMD to extract fault characteristics of rolling bearing by resonance demodulation, is presented. A real example of fault diagnosis shows that this method has more preponderant than the traditional resonance demodulation method.
