摘要
区域安全稳定控制系统已经在区域电网中得到了广泛的应用。相对于区域电网,钢铁等大型工业企业供电系统具有显著不同的特点,且对其安全稳定控制的研究相对较少。通过对其稳定性分析发现,钢铁企业供电系统由于故障一旦与外电网解列后,自身难以独立维持稳定运行。针对上述稳定问题,提出了切负荷、切机、减出力等稳定控制措施。仿真分析表明,区域安全稳定控制系统能够有效地提高钢铁企业供电系统的安全稳定性。
Regional security and stability control has been widely used in regional power grid. Compared to the regional power grid, steel enterprise power supply system has significantly different characteristics, and there has been relatively little research in its security and stability control. Through analysis of steel enterprise power supply system, once it is disconnected with external power grid after a fault, it is difficult to keep stable operation independently. Against this problem, control measures are proposed to remove loads or generators, or cut down the output of generators. Simulation analysis shows that the regional security and stability control system can effectively improve the safety and stability of steel enterprise power supply system.
