应用闪光视觉诱发电位检测颅内压的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:应用闪光视觉诱发电位(fVEP)对脑血管病患者进行无创颅内压检测,以了解脑血管疾病急性期颅内压的变化情况,以进一步指导临床治疗。方法:采用fVEP与腰椎穿刺法检测30例脑血管疾病住院患者的颅内压水平,腰穿检测均于fVEP完成后立即进行,并根据检测结果及时给予评估及记录。结果:fVEP无创颅内压测量值与腰椎穿刺测量值比较差异无显著性,存在显著的相关性(t=0.4688,P>0.05,r=0.984,tr=29.479,P<0.001)。结论:fVEP无创颅内压检测仪测量颅内压力可以安全、快速、长期、动态反映颅内压的变化。结果准确可靠。 Objective: To investigate changes of intracranial pressure(ICP) in acute stage of cerebrovascular disease by non-invasive measurement of Flash Visual Evoked Potential(FVEP). Methods: The ICP of 30 cerebrovascular disease patients were measure by FVEP. Secondly, their cerebral spinalfluid (CSF) pressures were detected through lumbar puncture immediately and compared with ICP. Results: The ICP was no significant difference between FVEP and lumbar puncture(t=0. 4688, P~ 0.05). A linear relationship between them was observed. (r=0. 984, tr=29. 479, P%0. 001). Conclusion: FVEP is a safety, rapidly, long-term and dynamic detection method of ICP.
