摘要 在机械系统可靠性设计理论、可靠性灵敏度分析和鲁棒设计方法的基础上,讨论了非正态分布参数的多失效模式机械系统可靠性鲁棒设计问题,提出了非正态分布参数的多失效模式机械系统可靠性鲁棒设计的计算方法.把可靠性灵敏度融入可靠性优化设计模型之中,将机械系统可靠性鲁棒设计归结为满足可靠性要求的多目标优化问题.在基本随机参数的前四阶矩已知的情况下,可以迅速准确地得到机械系统可靠性鲁棒设计信息. Based on the reliability-enabled design theory, sensitivity analysis and robust design method, the reliability-enabled robust design is discussed for multi-failure-mode mechanical systems via non-normal distribution parameters. In this respect, the corresponding calculation method is postulated. By applying the reliability-enabled sensitivity for optimization design model, the robust design is converted to a multiobjective optimization problem. Supposed that the first four orders of moments are known regarding basic random variables, the robust design information can be obtained rapidly and accurately.
