摘要 基于2000-2007年江苏省城镇居民家庭人均收入和消费结构截面数据、收入分配,应用ELES模型定量分析了居民生活用水水价承受能力。结果表明.水费支出负担水平随收入的提高呈减少趋势.需水收入弹性随收入水平的提高而增大,收入水平越高水价的承受能力越强。 Based on the econometrics demand function theory, using the statistic data of disposable income and consumption expenditures of urban household from 2000 to 2007 in J iangsu Province, the Extended Linear Expenditure System model is applied to study the effects of income distribution on urban household water use affordability. It is concluded that the burden of water expenditure will reduce with income increase, and income elasticity of water demand will improve with income increase. The research result indicates that the low income household basic water demand can not be fulfill. While, the high income household basic water demand can be fulfill. Furthermore, the increase of disposable income will strengthen the affordability for water use. So that the high income household has enough affordability of water tariff. However,the low income household does not has affordability of water tariff.
