摘要 介绍了间隙模拟技术,应用间隙模拟技术模拟桨叶轮缘与轮毂间隙的实际形状,并对贯流式水轮机桨叶间隙流动进行了模拟数值计算。以某电站为例,对电站转轮水力性能进行了数值计算和分析。与实况比较表明,间隙模拟技术能有效模拟内流道流动,并能准确计算协联工况点。 This paper introduces the clearance simulation technique. The technology is performed on the flow field distribution of the bulb turbine, including the flange clearance region and the runner hub clearance region. According to the fact of operation in a power station, hydraulic performance of the runner is calculated and analyzed. The flow of inner passage is simulated effectively on the comparison technique with the fact. The results show the application of clearance simulation technique is more veracious to find the cause of the question.
