摘要 利用特异性启动子介导的基因治疗是肿瘤靶向性治疗的一种有效途径。Survivin启动子既有肿瘤细胞的靶向性,又有增殖性血管内皮细胞的靶向性,且能有效介导目的基因表达,展示了其在肿瘤靶向性治疗研究中的良好前景。 Transcriptional targeting of gene therapy is a strategy for enhancing the specificity of gene expression to target tumor cells of interest. This targeting approach is based on the use of tissue- or tumor- specific promoters(TSP) to direct the expression of therapeutic genes specifically to the tumor and not to relevant normal tissue. Survivin promoter is one of the most promising promoter, which can target the tumor tissue as well as proliferating vascular endothelial cells. This article reviews the role of survivin promoter in tumor-targeting gene therapy.
