摘要
CD44是具有高度异质性的细胞表面糖蛋白家族，CD44的过表达与肿瘤的浸润、转移、临床分期和耐药有关，是预后因子之一，可能作为肿瘤进展的标记物。另外，CD44还是多种肿瘤干细胞表面标记分子，在肿瘤复发、恶性生物学行为中可能发挥着重要作用，因此针对CD44的靶向治疗可能揭示了分子靶点治疗的新前景。
CD44 is one of glycoprotein family with high heterogenicity. Overexpression of CD44 is associated with tumor invasiveness, metastasis, clinical staging and drug resistance, and thus it is an independent prognostic factor and may serve as a potential marker for tumor progression. Moreover, CD44 is a surface marker on several kinds of tumor stem cells, which suggests it may play a significant role in tumor recurrence and malignant biological behavior. CD44-targeted therapy may be a promising molecular targeted treatment.
