摘要
出院病历的完成时效是综合反映医院医疗管理的基础工作以及临床科主任的工作质量、工作效率和科室管理水平的重要标准之一,也是医院等级评审的一项重要评价指标。本文试结合医院病案管理实践,对住院病历完成时效的描述指标以及统计指标的分析表达方法进行阐述。
The aging property of finishing the hospital records, an important index of hospital accreditation, synthetically reflects the fundamental work of hospital medical management and the management quality, efficiency and level of the department dircetors. There discussed the descriptive indexes and the representation method of the aging property of finishing the hospital records based on the practice of hospital medical record management.
