球形肺炎的CT影像学表现

目的观察球形肺炎的CT特征,以便与其他球形病灶,特别与肺癌做正确的鉴别诊断。方法对26例经临床证实的球形肺炎的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果26例球形肺炎的主要CT表现为:①邻近胸膜病变两侧缘垂直于胸膜呈刀切样平直边缘,病变呈方形;②病变中央密度高,边缘密度低,显示晕圈状改变;③病变边缘可不规则,有锯齿状改变且较模糊;④周围胸膜反应显著,有较广泛增厚;⑤病变周围血管纹理增多、增粗、扭曲,但无僵直和受牵拉;⑥抗炎治疗后病变明显吸收缩小。结论CT检查有助于球形肺炎的正确诊断和鉴别诊断。

Objective observation sphere pneumonia CT characteristic, in order to with other sphere focus of infection, specially makes the correct distinction diagnosis with the lung cancer.Method carries on the review analysis to 26 examples after the clinical confirmation sphere pneumonia CT performance.Result 26 example sphere pneumonia main CT performance is： （1）The neighbor pleural membrane pathological change two skips is vertical assumes the knife in the pleural membrane to cut the type straight edge, the pathological change assumes the square shape; （2）The pathological change central density is high, the edge density is low, demonstration halo shape change;（3）The pathological change edge may not be irregular, has the zigzag change also fuzzy;（4）Periphery the pleural membrane response is remarkable, has the widespread accumulation; （5）Around the pathological change the blood vessel texture increases, increases, the distortion thickly, but not unbending and is pulled pulls; （6）After anti-inflammation treatment pathological change obvious absorption reduction.Conclusion CT inspection is helpful to the sphere pneumonia correct diagnosis and the distinction diagnosis.
