摘要
本文着重从社区护理服务与人群特点,探讨护理工作要满足人群各方面层次的需要,发展社区护理事业,要重视社区护理人员的培养,改革培养模式,提升社区护理人员的综合素质。
In this paper, focusing on community care services and population characteristics of the nursing work groups to meet the needs of all levels, the cause of the development of community nursing, community nursing staff should pay attention to the training, the reform of training modes, enhance the overall quality of community nursing staff.
