摘要 变电站高压开关柜内触头温度监测极为重要,其中若采用有线方式传输温度数据,则在安全性、可靠性及柜内布线等方面存在困难。本文介绍了利用射频与CAN总线技术实现开关柜内触头温度监测的系统,无线温度传感器实现高压柜内触头在线温度检测,无线温度采集器无线接收各温度传感器数据,实现本地显示及报警,并且通过CAN总线远传数据到监控室上位机。详细介绍了无线温度采集器的硬件电路及相关软件设计方法。实际运行结果表明该温度采集器可靠性高、满足变电站环境要求。 It's very important to monitor contact temperature of substation high voltage switch cabinet. If using wired transmission, there are difficulties in security, reliability, routing etc. The temperature monitoring system based on wireless radio frequency and CAN bus technique is developed. Wireless temperature sensor collects and transports contact temperature of high voltage switch cabinet. Wireless temperature collector com- municates with temperature sensor and host computer. The hardware and relative software of wireless temperature collect is introduced in detail. The executing result shows that the temperature collector has high reliability and can satisfy request of substation environment.
