摘要
作者介绍了2008年北京奥运会的食品安全保障情况,结合我国目前食品监管模式特点,对我国的食品监管模式存在的问题进行分析,同时借鉴国外成熟的监管经验,对今后我国食品安全监管工作提出建议和展望。
The food safety supervision work during 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and problems associated with the current food safety supervision mode in China were introduced in this article. Combinning with the foreign mature experiences, we provided some suggestions and perspections for chinese food safety supervision work.
