上海市金山公共浴室分级管理前后卫生状况调查

目的了解上海市金山区公共浴室卫生状况及存在的主要问题,为制定高效的卫生监督管理模式提供科学依据。方法从金山区104家公共浴室中分层抽取34家,按照《上海市沐浴场所卫生监督量化分级评分表》进行评分,对实施量化分级管理前后的2次评分和对公共用品抽检结果进行统计分析。结果经实施量化分级管理前后相比,34家公共浴室卫生管理、功能区卫生、公共用品卫生及公共用品检测合格率均明显提高并有显著性差异。结论通过开展卫生监督量化分级管理,金山区卫生监督资源得到了合理分配,提高了监管效率,公共浴室卫生质量整体水平有了显著提高。

Objective：The purpose of this study was to learn the hygiene conditions and the main problems of the public bathhouses in Jinshan district and provide a scientific basis for the development of efficient supervision and management model of health inspection. Method ：34 stratifiedly selected public bathhhouses from 104 public bathhous- es were scored according to the ＇ quantitative grading score sheet for bathing places of Shanghai Health Supervision＇, and then statistical analysis was carried out on the score and the public supplies before and after the implementation of quantitative management at different levels of sampling results. Result： Compared with the previous management, health management, sanitation of functional areas, public supplies and public hygiene supplies of the 34 public bath- houses were obviously improved after the implementation of quantitative management at different levels and statistical- ly significance. Conclusion： In summary, after the quantitative monitoring through managemant at different levels of health, the distribution of hygiene supervision resources of the district became reasonable, the regulatory efficiency and the overall level of hygiene quality of public bathhhouses were improved significantly. It is suggested to carry out the proposed health monitoring mode of management at different levels.
