糖尿病下肢血管病变患者血脂、CRP水平变化的研究

摘要 选择T2DM合并下肢动脉血管病变患者46例(A组),T2DM患者42例(B组),健康对照者36例(C组)作为研究对象,结果(1)A组与C组比较,血糖、血脂及CRP均升高,有非常显著的差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。(2)B组与C组比较,FBG、TG、CRP升高有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。(3)A组与B组比较,仅有TG、CRP升高有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论糖、脂代谢紊乱及炎症反应与TDM下肢血管病变的发生密切相关。
