摘要
矿用防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车的应用大大降低了工人的劳动强度,使得采矿效率大大提高。但阻火器和冷却净化水箱加大了进排气阻力,使燃烧恶化,导致其动力性和经济性下降。防爆柴油机零件的试验分析,对于防爆柴油机的设计和优化具有重要意义。
The use of the explosion proof diesel vehicle with the rubber wheels in the mine reduces the labor intensity of workers and makes higher mining efficiency. However, the flame barrier and cooling-purification tank block the airflow of intake and outlet, deteriorate the combustion and reduce the dynamics and economy of the engine. The test analysis of explosion proof diesel engine components has an important significance for the design and optimization of diesel engine.
