摘要
提出了复杂矿冶设备群监测与故障诊断数据质量保障系统的控制方法,其核心是对该测量系统的产品——数据进行定性与定量相结合的方法进行评估,并给出了重复性与再现性等重要评定准则。若不满足要求,就进一步分析测量系统的显著变异源,并对其采取系统改进或预防,实现从源头上保障设备故障诊断数据质量的可靠性。实例验证表明,该方法可以为数据质量保障提供一种解决途径,对复杂矿冶设备群故障诊断奠定了良好的基础。
The quality assurance and control method of the monitoring and fault diagnosis data for complex mining equipments is proposed. Its core is to evaluate the measured data with the method combining the qualitative analysis and quantitive analysis. And the important evaluation criteria including repetitiveness and repeatability are provided. If the condition is not satisfied, the noticeable allergen of the measuring system should be analyzed further, and the corresponding improvement and prevention are adopt to assure the quality reliability of fault diagnosis data from its sources. The experiments show that this method provides a solution for the prevention of data quality and provides a basis for the fault diagnosis of complex mining equipment.
