摘要
该文分析了我国矿山地质环境治理项目规划设计的现状及存在的问题,构建了编制我国矿山地质环境治理项目规划设计规范的基本思路、技术路线与编制方法。
The status and existing problems of the planning and design of geological environment governing project it; China mines are analyzed. The basic ideas, technical route and method of establishment of the planning and design on geological environment governing project for China mines are constructed.
