摘要
采用沙颍河污水,以清污比1:1、2:1、3:1分别处理玉米种子和灌溉盆栽玉米,研究污水灌溉对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,沙颍河污水灌溉盆栽玉米对玉米种子的萌发和幼苗的生长影响明显。污水浓度高时,会显著抑制种子的萌发和玉米的生长,随污水浓度的不断降低,种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的各项指标均呈先增高后降低的变化规律。当污水浓度适当时,污水中的营养成分对种子萌发及幼苗生长发育有刺激作用,其中多项指标以1~2:1浓度的污水增效作用最为明显。
The sewage from Shaying River was used to irrigate the potted corn with ratio of clear water to sewage of 1: 1,2: 1 and 3: 1. The growth, development and some physiological indexes of corn seedlings were studied. The results showed that the influence of sewage irrigation on seed germination and seedling growth of potted corn was obvious. High sewage concentration could significantly inhibit the germination of seeds and the growth of corn seedling. With the decrease of sewage concentration, the seed germination and seedling growth increased firstly, and then de- creased. When the sewage concentration was proper, the nutrient components of sewage had stimulative effect to the growth of corn. The promotion effect of sewage was obvious at a ratio of clear water to Shaying River sewage 1--2: 1.
